Gitman Vintage Gets Into Knits With New Alpaca Sweater

After 90 years cutting and sewing men’s shirts, the Gitman brand is getting into knitwear. Gitman Vintage spent a year testing and tweaking prototypes to create an alpaca sweater perfectly designed to fit over their popular shirts. The piece is sourced, knit and sewn in Peru using fair trade wool from small scale, indigenous owned farms in the highlands where alpacas thrive. Dyed Gitman green, the crewneck sweaters are finished with ribbed cuffs, raglan sleeves and a single patch pocket on the chest. Available exclusively from Gitman Vintage.
