Since producing its first aviation watch in the 1930s, Swiss watchmaker Oris has pioneered a number of innovations that have made it a favorite among professional pilots and aviation enthusiasts. Today, Oris sponsors some of the world’s most daring pilots and exciting air shows, including the Reno Air Races – held in the Nevada desert since 1964. As the event’s official timepiece and long-term partner, Oris decided to continue its tradition of releasing a special edition watch to support the event despite the races being canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Oris 57th Reno Air Races Limited Edition, is a 41mm PVD-coated, stainless steel version of the Big Crown ProPilot with a circular date window and dual time zone function. Only 1,000 pieces will be made.
