Adidas is bringing back ’70s cuts and the trefoil logo for Wimbledon 2025. The London Originals Collection takes cues from the era-defining styles worn during the 1972 Wimbledon tournament. Players, including Stan Smith and Billie Jean King, stepped onto the grass courts of the All England Club wearing kits emblazoned with the trefoil. This 36-piece collection incorporates retro elements like spread collars, contrast stitching and tennis ball shaped zipper pulls. This is the first appearance of the brand’s old-school trefoil logo on the Wimbledon kit since the 1990s.

The men’s line includes long and short sleeve t-shirts, tank tops, shorts and loose fit track pants, all in Wimbledon approved bright white. The standout piece is a retro-inspired polo shirt in a tone-on-tone ‘argyle patterned’ fabric, fitted with a zip placket. Many of the pieces are trimmed with vibrant green detailing inspired by Wimbledon’s grass courts. All of the performance pieces are cut from Adidas’ ClimaCool fabric, engineered to wick and disperse sweat.
