Watch Porn: Bell & Ross + Blacktrack Drop Limited Edition BR 03-94

For the latest iteration of the BR 03-94 instrument watch, Bell & Ross partnered with Sacha Lakic, the award-winning product designer behind Blacktrack Motors. The Luxembourg-based custom shop manufactures cutting-edge motorcycles based on classic racer models. Inspired by the ‘flying wing’ design of stealth aircraft, the BR 03-94 BLACKTRACK chronograph features a 42mm case in matte black ceramic with flat, angular surfaces. The watch also echos the lines of the new Blacktrack BT-06 motorcycle, which Lakic designed in collaboration with Bell & Ross. The chronograph’s 30-minute timer hand is red, while the overlapping of the counterweight on the red-tipped seconds hand with that of the minutes hand recreates the ‘B’ of Blacktrack. Together, the seconds and minutes hands pick up on the Blacktrack logo. The Swiss-made BR-CAL.301 self-winding mechanical movement controls the time, date and chronograph functions and produces a 42-hour power reserve. Bikers will appreciate the moto-inspired black calfskin strap, hemmed with a red edge and lined with high-resistance tech material. The strap closes with a PVD coated steel pin buckle, while the quilting on the strap itself is a nod to motorbike saddle covers and rider’s suits. Limited to 500 pieces.
