From Oxfords in solids, stripes and overdyes, to a new Corduroy Triple Twist Yarn camp shirt, the FW21 Gitman Vintage collection offers fresh styles, fan favorites and plenty of texture. Gitman’s also offering a trio of winter-ready flannel weights – slub, one sided shaggy, brushed high density twill – and introducing its newest model, the Work Shirt. The Fall selection is light on prints, but it does include a few with outdoorsy themes. A black stag print on brushed red flannel reads contemporary buffalo check. While sporting dog and fly-fishing themed prints mix with “English gentleman” flannel houndstooth and herringbone plaids for a collection that feels like a modern marriage between Field & Stream and Country Life (the magazine, not the Roxy Music album). As always, Gitman’s entire lineup is made in the USA.
