NikeCourt Drops New Air Max Volley Just In Time For The APT Finals

Just in time for the season-ending ATP Finals at London’s O2 Arena, Nike released a new Air Max tennis shoe with the durability and traction needed to compete on the tournaments hard courts. The NikeCourt Air Max Volley is designed to keep feet locked down during match play. Stitched down the center seam from the heel to the toe are 2 sets of fingers that wrap the foot and arch for extra support. The laces thread through the openings of these fingers, so the tighter the laces, the more shoes hug and support the feet. A visible Max Air unit in the heel helps absorb impact during fast cuts and quick movements around the court. While a drop-in foam insole cushions each step and creates a low-profile look. As a finishing touch, the colorful arcing lines on the uppers mimic the contour of a tennis volley.

The NikeCourt Air Max Volley ($90.00) is available now at nike.com.
