The upcoming Public School New York x New Balance collaboration features a perfectly timed message: We Need Leaders. Inspired by 1970s designs from the New Balance archive, the new PSNY 327 features blue nylon uppers with blue and white suede overlays. The mint-green rubber soles and oversized N logo emphasize the shoes retro aesthetic. On the medial side of each upper there’s a printed NB logo with the phrases we need leaders and All roads lead back to the streets printed underneath. And just to drive the message home, the white suede on the heels is embossed with WNL. Check the PSNY site next week for pricing and availability.
