Todd Snyder SS20 Lookbook

Store closures and the necessity of social distancing is altering the way we shop, what we buy and how brands present their goods – photo shoots can be tricky when everyone is standing six feet apart. To keep things interesting, Todd Snyder recruited award-winning illustrator and graphic designer Rob Wilson to create backdrops for models wearing his Spring Summer 2020 collection.

Wilson place the models in various poses from the before time, like drinking coffee you didn’t make yourself, leaving your car with the valet, flying on a plane, walking past the Flatiron Building on your way to work… in a suit, and playing croquet – not sure that was ever a thing. Snyder’s models are wearing everything you need for summer and somethings you’ll just want. Bandana print shorts, camp collar shirts, an impeccably tailored two button pique blazer made in Naples, knitted cotton/silk polo shirts, and matching french terry sweatsuits – the only suit you’ll need if your working from home.
