Noah Releases Heritage Inspired Adidas Running Capsule Made w/ Upcycled Ocean Plastics

Noah explores Adidas’ running heritage with a new footwear and apparel capsule. Harking back to the Adidas legacy of iconic marathon sneakers, the SL72 Noah ($100.00) takes inspiration from the original 1970s SL72, a heritage shoe designed for marathoners. Also inspired by the SL72, the SL20 Noah runner ($130.00) incorporates the latest running technology with retro ‘hairy’ suede details. Both shoes are constructed with Primeblue, a high-performance mesh containing at least 50% Parley Ocean Plastic – spun from recycled bottles removed from beaches around the world. The apparel in the collection utilizes other recycled materials, and repeats the shell graphic from the shoes to further illustrate the connection to the oceans.

The Noah x Adidas SL72 and SL20 will be available August 27 at noahny.com.
