J.Crew Drops Latest New Balance Collaboration

J.Crew’s new men’s creative director Brendon Babenzien continues decade long collaboration with New Balance.

Brendon Babenzien has no plans to reinvent J.Crew. Instead, the Supreme and Noah alum will lean into the brands strengths from a new perspective. One of those strengths is J.Crew’s long running collaboration with New Balance, which has produced a series of gems – including the 999 Night Sky and 997 Wild Nature Pack. The retailers latest New Balance collab is part of Babenzien’s debut collection. A streamlined version of the ‘90s original, the FW22 New Balance x J.Crew 997H features suede trimmed mesh uppers in an exclusive Dove/Navy/Highlight colorway. The ‘Flying NB’ logo on the heel first appeared on the sides of early 997 models.
