Designed, produced and shown in the middle of the pandemic, Willy Chavarria decided to focus his AW21 collection on clothes that were made to worn. His signature sweatshirts, chore jackets and wide leg jeans get a serious fashion makeover, reworked with a mix of exaggerated, inverted and sculptural silhouettes. The results are presented during a series of casting interviews, with amateur models peeling off Chavarria’s effortlessly cool yet comfortable designs, layer by layer, while answering questions for a leering off-camera interviewer.
