Watch Porn: Jaeger-LeCoultre Marks The Reverso’s 90th Anniversary With Special Burgundy Edition

In the lead-up to the Reverso’s 90th anniversary in 2021, Jaeger-LeCoultre unveils a special Tribute edition in burgundy red. Created in 1931 at the height of the Art Deco period, the Reverso was developed to meet the needs of ‘sporting gentleman’ – specifically, polo players. The new Reverso Tribute Duoface Fagliano features an original strap hand-crafted by Casa Fagliano, the world-famous Argentinian maker of polo boots. Casa Fagliano combined cordovan leather and canvas for the new exclusive strap, taking inspiration from the canvas-and-leather boots that it makes for the summer polo season.

Issued in a limited edition of 190 pieces, this Reverso marries the dual-time zone complication of the Duoface with the pared back aesthetic of the Tribute collection. On the burgundy-red front dial, the hours are marked by faceted indexes, doubled at 12. The circular track of the small seconds display at six o’clock provides a counterpoint to the linear dial and case. Anchored by contrasting circles and straight lines, the design of the silver/grey reverse dial is a study of contrasts. Both dial treatments are balanced by the warm tones of the pink gold case.
