Watch Porn: The Oris Hangang Limited Edition Supports A Critical River Restoration Project

Oris continues to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the worlds oceans and waterways through its Change for the Better campaign. The initiative supports grassroots environmental NGOs with exclusive Aquis dive watch collaborations that raise funds for specific projects or programs. Partnering with the Korean Federation for Environmental Movements (KFEM), a pioneering non-profit umbrella group, Oris issued the Hangang Limited Edition diver to highlight the plight of South Korea’s second largest river. The Hangang River is a critical water source for the 10 million inhabitants of the countries capital, Seoul. Years of neglect have left the river polluted and in desperate need of restoration. Sales of this diver will support the work of Seoul KFEM and its efforts to clean-up the Hangang River.

Limited to 2,000 pieces, the 43.50 mm stainless steel Hangang Edition shares the same function and performance profile of other high-performance Aquis divers. What sets it apart is the deep green color of the ceramic bezel and dial, inspired by creek waters found at the Hangang’s source. The unidirectional rotating bezel safely records dive times, while the green dial has an unusual orbital date display – instead of a window – surrounding a small seconds at 9 o’clock. A map of the Hangang’s path across Korea is engraved on the case back, along with the limited edition number.

The Hangang Limited Edition ($2,600.00) is available now oris.ch.
