Following the launch of the Terra Nova collection earlier this year, Bremont just introduced a special version of the 40.5 watch with a caramel dial. Limited to 100 pieces, the gradient caramel dial gives the watch a warm, vintage look reminiscent of watches from the 1960’s. For ‘instant patina’ the dial features oversize numerals cut from full-block khaki Super-LimiNova, circled by indexes on a broken railroad minute track. The retro styling carries over to the watch’s cushion case and oversize crown, directly referencing field watches from an era where gloved hands operated the crown. Made from 904L stainless steel, the Terra Nova 40.5 Date in Caramel comes fitted to a matching steel bracelet ($3,650.00) or brown leather strap ($3,400.00). As a finishing touch, the closed case back is engraved with a unique design featuring a charted map of the world and the words Terra Nova.
