Watch Porn: Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Latest Polaris Date Features Shimmering Blue Dial

Jaeger-LeCoultre revived the Polaris collection in 2018, inspired by the highly collectible 1968 Memovox Polaris. Unconventionally large with advanced complications for its time, this distinctive diver set the tone for the latest addition to the collection. The 42-mm Polaris Date mixes vintage touches on a gradient blue dial with a next-gen movement offering a 70-hour power reserve, the in-house Calibre 899. JLC used graduated shades of blue to clearly define the three dial segments: the opaline bezel, grained index circle and sunray brushed center. Super-LumiNova accents highlight each segment, from the inner bezel’s orange triangle, to the retro-style numerals and markers, and skeletonized hands. Thirty-six layers of different lacquers were used to create the dial’s color and depth effect.
