TAG Heuer is expanding the Aquaracer Professional 300 lineup with a colorful new GMT watch. The divers blue, white and yellow palette represents ‘the sky, the sun, the water and the crashing waves.’ The midnight blue dial sets off luminous white hands and markers, a yellow GMT pointer hand with a lume-filled tip, and a rhodium-plated sweeping seconds hand with a yellow tip fitted with a white lume insert. To track the second timezone, a 24-hour GMT scale is engraved into the ceramic bezel and filled with contrasting colors: blue for day and white for night. For clarity, the numerals 18 and 6 break across the point where the blue and white ceramic meet, and yet the color inversion continues seamlessly across the two numerals.
The Aquaracer Professional 300 GMT comes on a stainless steel bracelet ($3,800.00) or on a midnight blue rubber strap ($3,500.00) to match the dial and bezel. TAG‘s Calibre 7 automatic movement provides a 50 hour power reserve.
