Watch Porn: Jaeger-LeCoultre’s New Reverso Capsule Showcases Masters Of Modern Art

Jaeger-LeCoultre’s new Reverso Tribute Enamel Hidden Treasures collection showcases a trio of pioneering works by Gustave Courbet, Vincent Van Gogh and Gustav Klimt. From the 19th-century Realism of Courbet’s View of Lake Léman, to the Post-Impressionism of Van Gogh’s Sunset at Montmajour, to the experimental symbolism captured in Klimt’s Portrait of a Lady, these masterpieces represent significant milestones in the development of modern art. All three painting were hidden for decades and assumed lost before being rediscovered and authenticated in recent years. Based on their history as hidden treasures, Jaeger-LeCoultre used these painting as inspiration for a limited capsule marking the 90th anniversary of the Reverso. Stylistically similar to the original 1930s model, the simplified steel hands and indices emphasize the dials guilloché backgrounds. The misty blue or green shade of the dial hints at the colors of the enamel miniature of the reverse side. Crafted in white gold, the 45.6 mm case houses an in-house Calibre 822/2 movement with a 42 hour power reserve. Limited to 10 pieces per painting.
