Watch Porn: TAG Heuer Releases Rose Gold Edition Of Recently Relaunched Carrera Chronograph

TAG Heuer is releasing a special 18K rose gold edition of the recently relaunched Carrera Chronograph. Limited to 188 watches, this exclusive tribute marks the 88th birthday of Jack Heuer, great-grandson of the brand’s founder, former TAG Heuer CEO, and current Honorary Chairman.

Framed by a 42 mm 18K rose gold case, the Carrera Chronograph Jack Heuer Birthday Gold Limited Edition features a silver opaline dial inspired by the 1970s Heuer Carrera 1158CHN. Stylized infinity loops applied to the center of the dial symbolize Jack’s birthday and two black sub-dials at 3 and 9 o’clock are a nod to vintage racing timepieces. The counter at 6 o’clock is a new addition that seamlessly blends into the dial. The redesigned date display and the hands, whose size has been adjusted to match the hour-markers, are two subtle details that come straight from Jack’s vision and eye for clean and clear dial design, balancing the aesthetic. The black alligator strap bears Jack Heuer’s signature in gold lettering.

This birthday edition runs on the Calibre Heuer 02 movement and boasts an impressive 80 hour power reserve. The visible oscillating mass engraved with Jack Heuer’s motto Time never stops, why should we? expresses his resilient mindset and seemingly boundless energy. Many happy returns Mr. Heuer.
