Dunhill Transforms Classic Attaché Case Into A Crossbody Bag

Since taking over as creative director at Dunhill, Mark Weston has injected new life into the storied brand by simultaneously looking backward and pushing forward. In each of his collections traditional menswear styles and House hallmarks are re-imagined in subversive structures and materials. Case in point, the new Dunhill Lock Bag. Taking inspiration from attaché cases found in the brands archive, Weston created a modern carrying case for daily essentials.

Available in Black, Ink and Oxblood, each calf leather Lock Bag ($1,750.00) has a 1960s attaché lock in AD brass, detachable shoulder strap and gusseted main compartment. As the leather ages these bags will develop their own individual patina and character. The collection also includes two unique metallic styles. Inspired by the textures and finishes of Dunhill’s Rollagas lighters, the AD Silver and AD Brass Lock Bags ($3,500.00) are produced in limited numbers and manually assembled form laser cut panels. The perfect size to carry the largest iPhone alongside your Rollagas lighter.
