Watch Porn: Oris Highlights Ocean Conservation w/ Carysfort Reef Limited Edition

Oris began working with the Coral Restoration Foundation in 2014 as part of its mission to preserve and restore marine ecosystems. The CRF – the world’s largest reef restoration organization – is currently working on reversing the damage done to Carysfort Reef, located within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Carysfort was once the crown jewel of The Keys reef system, but its health has severely degraded since the 1970s. The new Oris Carysfort Reef Limited Edition diver marks a significant milestone for the conservation partnership, 30,000 corals planted to date in the Florida Reef Tract.

This is the third watch Oris has produced in support of the CRF and the latest addition to the Aquis dive watch collection. The stainless steel diver features a 43.50 mm case with a rotating ceramic GMT scale top ring, anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal and steel case-back with a special commemorative engraving. Limited to 2,000 pieces, the diver is water resistant to 300 meters and runs on the Swiss made Oris caliber 798 movement.

The Oris Carysfort Reef Limited Edition ($2,800.00) is available now at oris.ch.
