Nineties grunge meets psychedelic flamboyance in Francesco Risso’s Marni Fall/Winter 2019 collection. Some of the more vibrant pieces were inspired by the 1976 animated movie Allegro Non Troppo – a parody of Walt Disney’s Fantasia – directed by artist Bruno Bozzetto. Risso used animations by the celebrated Italian cartoonist, known for his use of satire and colorful minimalist style, on a selection of apparel and accessories.
