Converse x Joshua Vides x Chinatown Market

Converse, Joshua Vides and Chinatown Market’s Michael Cherman explore the bounds of customization with six new versions of the Converse Chuck 70. Los Angeles-based artist and designer Vides, known for his unique style of black and white accented objects and drawings, incorporates interchangeable Velcro panels in custom Pantone colors on his Chuck 70. Cherman’s design uses a light-sensitive, multi-tone asymmetrical canvas upper which revels the colors when exposed to UV light. Converse designed the third shoe, the UNT1TL3D pack, as an ode to DIY decoration with the phrase NOT A CHUCK scribbled across the canvas upper.

All three shoes launch July 20 and 21 during ComplexCon Chicago. The Converse x UNT1TL3D will be available in stores and online July 26. The Converse x Chinatown Market collaboration drops August 2 and the Joshua Vides Chuck 70 is out on August 16.
