Viktor & Rolf Launch Spicebomb Night Vision

 

First launched in 2012 as an explosive, woody and spicy composition in a distinct grenade shaped bottle, Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb was an instant hit. Now, the Dutch design duo are updating the popular fragrance as a Fougère Woody (woody, sharp and slightly sweet) with the help of perfumers Nathalie Lorson and Pierre Negrin of Firmenich. The new Spicebomb Night Vision has notes of green mandarin essences, green cardamom and Granny Smith mixed with black pepper, black chili, clove and nutmeg essences.

Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin shot the launch campaign titled Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Night Vision: a film by Inez & Vinoodh starring Jacob Whitesides. Filmed through his bedroom window using a night vision camera, the Knoxville, Tennessee born singer-songwriter seductively performs for an unseen voyeur. Inez & Vinoodh filmed with multiple versions of the endings, deliberately leaving the viewer guessing who else is watching.

Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Night Vision will be available worldwide from January 26th 2019.
