Since 2003 Marc Newson has collaborated with G-Star on a number of clothing collections. Applying industrial design techniques to casual wear, he has created unique ranges that feature hidden seams, one piece arms and clean, structured silhouettes, as well as distinctive materials that take familiar patterns, such as army camouflage, and re-imagining them in more basic, naive shapes and colors.
