IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Edition

IWC commemorates the last flight of pioneering French aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupéry with an ongoing series of limited edition watches inspired by his courage and style. Earlier models of the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry commemorative watches featured distinctive brown dials, the same tobacco color as the flying suit the Frenchman used to wear. The new Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Edition The Last Flight uses the elegant color on the ceramic case, the calfskin strap and the signature tobacco dial.

In November, Sotheby’s Geneva will auction a platinum version of The Last Flight Chronograph and IWC will donate the entire proceeds to the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Youth Foundation. The funds will benefit the Pequeno Príncipe Hospital in Curitiba, Brazil. Pequeno Príncipe Hospital is Brazil’s largest children’s hospital and a respected center for highly complex heart operations, organ and bone transplants and cancer treatment.
