Panerai Submersible 1950 Left-Handed

Panerai’s historic connection to the Italian Special Forces is well-known and much-lauded. However, for latest edition of its Luminor Submersible line the Florentine brand took inspiration from a 1950s model created for the Egyptian Navy. The Panerai Luminor Submersible 1950 Left-Handed 3 Days Automatic Titanio – 47 MM is a special edition limited to just 1,000 watches. The watches unique bezel allows immersion times to be calculated and only rotates in a counter-clockwise direction for added safety.

Each watch features a natural leather brown strap with ecru stitching and comes in a luxury pear wood box. The black dial of the new Luminor Submersible 1950 Left-handed features Clous de Paris decoration and applied dot or line markers coated with ecru Super-LumiNova to combine excellent visibility in low-light conditions with a vintage look. The date window is at nine o’clock, while the second-hand, inside a small counter, rotates at three o’clock. See more at panerai.com.
