Boston’s Bodega boutique has joined forces with adidas to support the families most affected by the Boston Marathon bombings. The Bodega crew has been setting the pace of the Boston streetwear scene since the store opened and now they are donating all of the proceeds from the sale of the adidas Boston Super sneaker to The One Fund Boston to help their hometown recover from last weeks tragic events. The Boston Super was launched in 1984 to honor the worlds oldest annual marathon and its iconic cultural status. For Spring 2013 adidas has released the Super in two colorways, a blue and yellow version inspired by the Boston Athletics Association, the events organizer, and a one-to-one reissue of the original.
